Here is the master plan along with the few other images made of the new 476 housing units and mixed use with commercial, linear parks, playing pitches school site, childcare, relief roads and a neighbourhood retail centre for the LRD recently lodged for planning and posted on here recently but separately before. Molly arch and DS have been privileged with the opportunity to design the new Theatre and Arts centre incorporating Senior Canteen facilities at the the Gorey Community school campus. Five of our design team completed our secondary school education at the school and have nothing but great memories so it’s extra special for us to Design this building. I want to credit the Project Driving force Tommy Conroy who counselled us all when we were kids and continues to work tirelessly and selflessly for the students. He is a great member of the community and allowed me full artistic license on this one. The project will require many strands of funding including funding drives in the community and will be an important facility for our town for many generations to come. Please make any small donation you can through the GCS website and you will be directed to the portal.
I was delighted to be asked to Design and Plan Riverchapels new Community Centre. When it completes it will be a fantastic addition to the existing centre.
A contemporary take on the gable fronted two storey small farmhouse that featured the old stone outhouses perpendicular in plan enclosing the yard on three sides. These were a common feature of the Irish countryside and there are many fine examples in North Wexford and South Wicklow.
The latest CGI’s of the last phase of The Meadows Residential Scheme for the Redmond brothers, currently well under way in Marlton Wicklow. These are a completely different Aesthetic than previous phases.
This project is a redesign of an incomplete Rural cluster of four dormers in the Castletown area. The houses were at wall plate level when we were asked to modernise the traditional design so the developer could bring them to the market in 2022. They were originally designed and planned in the mid noughties. Even though these rural clusters worked really well they are no longer permitted in the Countryside of Wexford and most other counties.
