About This Project

This project is another development from The Redmond brothers located to the rear of the Amber springs Hotel and the New M11 Business Campus. An inner relief link road and a public park adjoining the river formed part of the overall layout. Which is the first in the town to incorporate the full urban design guidelines introduced by the local authority as part of the Gorey Local Area plan. The site also includes a childcare facility and apartments. A mix of 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom homes are provided for.
The development is named Millquarter and features highly energy efficient A rated smart homes.
