Michael Molloy- Principal and Lead Designer.
Michael Molloy has been in independent private practice in Gorey Town for upwards of 20 years.
Michael is the Team Leader at Molloy Architecture and Design Studio and is in the role of Lead Designer, PSDP, Design Team Co-ordinator for all of the Studios projects.
Michaels expertise lies in Contemporary one off dwelling design, Housing Scheme design and Planning Consultancy
Thomas Levingston- Lead Architectural Technologist.
Tommy is with the Company for over four years now.
Tommy is the Lead Architectural Technologist in the Studio. Tommy’s main areas of expertise are in Housing Schemes and Commercial Projects and Building Regulation compliance.
Declan Whelan- Architectural Technologist
Declan is with the company for over 5 years now.
Declan specialises in the drafting and preparation of the domestic project design from the small dwelling extension and renovation to one off rural dwellings.
David Roche- Architectural Technologist
David joined the Studio in early 2018. David specialises in the contemporary dwelling design and technical elements of the designs. David also works on our Small to large Housing Scheme drafting and is particularly proficient in Computer generated imaging and photo-shop drafting of the projects at design stage.
Sheila Molloy- General Manager and Accounts.
Sheila is is the General Manager of the office and began working closely with Michael in 2010 during the downturn and it became a family business for the first time. Sheila manages the Accounts, Invoicing, Client Instruction forms, Administration and Staffing.
Noeleen Byrne-Office and legals.
Noeleen has now been with the Office for 3 years. Noeleen is the first point of contact for all Clients. Noeleen manages the day to day administration of the office. Noeleen is also responsible for Preparation and quality checking of all Planning application documents. Noeleen is also responsible for the Preparation of all Legal documents. Noeleen also manages appointments and general filing.
Michelle Donohoe-Accounts Technician
Michelle returned to the office in 2016 after a short career break. Michelle is the longest serving staff member and has worked with Michael Molloy since 2005. Michelle is responsible for managing client accounts, Invoicing, Accounts reconciliation, General administration and archiving.
Albert O’ Keefe Qualified Structural Engineer
Albert is a qualified structural engineer and is the most experienced member of staff with over 30 years experience in structural and Civil engineering. Albert has worked with the office and Michael Molloy since 2004. Albert’s role is Structural design including Reinforced concrete and structural steel. Albert has vast on site experience and will be the point of contact for most of the on site services and supervisory advice provided by the Studio.
